Hi there. I'm Katherine Dodge. I started Katherine's Confections after taking some cake decorating classes in 2000. Over the years I've made cakes for every occasion, and eventually moved into doing strictly wedding cakes and basic dessert cakes. The Covid-19 pandemic of 2020 really hit hard and nearly destroyed my business, but it's been great to see things recover again.
